A new chapter begins for the Leros Chamber of Commerce, following elections held at the Chamber’s offices, with Mr Ioannis Themelaros taking the lead as the new President of the Board of Directors.
In his statement to Leros News, Mr Themelaros highlighted the weight of the responsibilities he assumes:
“There are many issues in our sector on Leros, that need resolving. We carry a heavy responsibility towards the business owners of the Leros island, who turned out in large numbers to participate in our Chamber’s elections. I will choose to speak more when we have provided real solutions, when business owners in Leros feel that they are not alone in facing their challenges.”
The newly elected Board of Directors, which is taking on the role of representing the local business community with dedication and responsibility, is as follows:
- President: Ioannis Themelaros
- Vice President: Petros Konstantaras
- Secretary: Konstantinos Drakos
- Treasurer: Efstratios Annousis
- Members: Tasos Deligiannis, Stamatis Grammikos, Alexandros Matronas
